Classes of the school of legal knowledge on the topic “The rights of conscripts” took place in Leninogorsk. The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya introduced the rights of conscripts, where they can go in case of problems, the challenges faced by conscripts and how to solve them. The ombudsperson elaborated on some of the stages associated with the appeal – receiving the agenda, medical examination, spoke about the grounds for granting a deferment during training in educational institutions, the possibility of appealing the decisions of the draft board.
