Federal Ombudsman Inspect One Windows Facilities Desks at Karachi &Quetta Airpots
On the direction of Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat, One window facilities desks have been established at eight(8) international Airports to facilitate Overseas Pakistanis and International passengers. The representatives of 12 departments i.e. FIA, NADRA, OPF, Immigration & Passport, ANF,CAA remain there for 24 hours to facilitate passengers
Honourable Wafaqi Mohtasib(Ombudsman) Syed Tahir Shahbaz during his visits of Karachi and Quetta chaired review meetings of One window facilitation desks at Karachi and Quetta International Airports. The representatives of all 12 agencies attended the meeting.

Federal Ombudsman appreciated the performance and working mechanism of all federal agencies at both airports. He stressed to facilitate the international passengers especially overseas Pakistanis. He also directed to establish same facilitation desks at national departure lounges to facilitate the local passengers
