The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan summarizes the results of 2019

On January 22, 2020 in the field of high technologies “IT-Park” held an extended meeting of the Expert Council under the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan with the agenda “On the results of activities in 2019, tasks for 2020 and the draft annual report of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan.”

In 2019, 4,713 applications were received by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan (3,523 applications in 2018).

The Commissioner held 72 personal receptions, within the framework of which 589 citizens were admitted. The practice of conducting joint (12), field (10), video (Skype) (14) receptions continued. During 2019, 391 persons were admitted by the staff of the Office of the Commissioner during personal consultations.
