More than 100 calls were received during the hotline
The Commissioner for Human Rights held a “hot line” on compliance with the rights of citizens with limited health capabilities.
The phone “hotline” received 101 call call from residents of different parts of the republic – Kazan, NaberezhnyeChelny, Nizhnekamsky, Zelenodolsky, Athnich, Chistopolsky, Bugulminsky and other regions of Tatarstan.
Of course, among the most sought-after topics, it remains to receive medical treatment and securing drugs, such questions asked 25 people.
It was 25 calls to provide technical means of rehabilitation (disabled carriages, canes, diapers, hearing aids, walkers, etc.).
For advice with land and housing, including those related to the improvement of housing conditions for residence for children with disabilities, 11 calls were repaid.
There were questions and about the assignment or change of a group of disability (10 calls), obtaining sanatorium-resort treatment (7 calls), the establishment of disabilities, receiving social support measures – received 6 calls on this topic.
More than a half (56 appeals) managed to decide on the spot – citizens received the necessary legal advice, another 45 appeals were accompanied by interested ministries and departments. Citizens whose questions require the study of additional materials and documents will receive written answers.
