The report of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the protection of human rights in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2020 was submitted to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on February 25, 2021, and on April 2, the Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva presented this report in the Milli Majlis.

The Ombudsman made a number of proposals and recommendations in the report for the effective protection of human rights and freedoms.
