The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, presented the annual report for 2023 to the Parliament.

During her speech at the Parliament, the Ombudsman gave information about the state of the protection of human rights and freedoms in the Republic of Azerbaijan, activities carried out, current challenges, and upcoming tasks in 2023.

The Ombudsman’s 2023 annual report was placed on the official website of the Institution and submitted to relevant media outlets for wide public dissemination.
