BANKING MOHTASIB-PAKISTAN Banking Mohtasib Pakistan presented Annual Report 2017 to the Governor, State Bank of Pakistan

Mr. Anisul Hassnain presented 13th Annual Report of Banking Mohtasib Office for the year ending December 31, 2017 to the Governor, State Bank of Pakistan on 3rd April, 2018 as required Section 82 G of the Banking Companies Ordinance (BCO), 1962.

The Banking Mohtasib briefed the Governor on performance of the Institution of the Banking Mohtasib during the year and discussed various issues of mutual interest such as increasing trend in the complaints relating to Internet Banking, Bancassurance, ATMs, parallel Banking and made various suggestions for speedy resolution of the complaints by the banks.
