The former Ombudsman, Ms Connie Lau, completed her term on March 31, 2019.

Dear President of AOA, Executive Secretary & Fellow Members, 

Today is my last day in office. It is with mixed feelings that I send you this email. 

As AOA Secretary, I couldn’t tell you how much I have enjoyed our time working together and how much I have treasured the huge support from you all during my term.  Your dedication to the development of Asian Ombudsman work is truly appreciated beyond any words I could put in writing. 

After five amazing years working with you all , I have to re-prioritize my life as finding a work -life balance has never been easy for me. 

Here I thank you all again for your friendship & advice throughout and I hope that continued support will be given to the Ombudsman Office of Hong Kong.
