Banking Mohtasib Pakistan presented Annual Report 2018 to the Governor, State Bank of Pakistan

Mr. Anisul Hassnain presented 14th Annual Report of Banking Mohtasib Office for the year ending December 31, 2018 to the Governor, State Bank of Pakistan on 27th March, 2019 as required under Section 82 G of the Banking Companies Ordinance (BCO), 1962.

During the meeting, the Banking Mohtasib briefed the Governor on performance of the Institution of the Banking Mohtasib and discussed various issues of mutual interest including the systemic deficiencies and control weaknesses witnessed in banks during the course of investigation.
